I had the exact same issue, it was the junky headlight switch. I put in a better aftermarket new one, but still ran relays to power the lights to keep the load off the switch.

I have a humvee air cleaner new in the box I will take $40 for. Looking for 2-4 cheap pup tent halfs, don't need the poles. Or some good heavy canvas. Got to make new seat covers for the m37 again...

Andy is correct, no CDL required for the deuce. Now if you tow a trailer over 10k with it, you will want to get a SC Class F license. That's what I have, which is essentially a non-commercial CDL. I can drive any weight including a trailer over 10k, even semi trucks, as long as it is not used...
