Just for your info,I recently had the exact same issue. I rebuilt the master cylinder with no luck. Switched out the airpack with a known good one and the problem went away.Good luck with yours.
The few 915's and 916's I've seen all have been dogs. I think they were de-tuned because of the cat tranny. I'm sure a pump adjustment would help alot. The 915A1's seem to be tuned up more.
Hey Gimp. Maybe we can work together on this. I'll pick up some kits and you can get your truck to lay on its side so we can show everyone where the kit goes. I don't know if I'll make Findlay yet or not (haven't missed one yet but might be starting a new job) but if anyone needs any I know lots...
I have a couple of kits and can get more. I need $70 each plus shipping on these two.I might be able to get a quantity discount if the demand is high enough. PM me if interested.
TadB.Your'e not going to stuff that small block chevy into that mule are you?:D
I believe that is the carrier for the singled out 900's with the 1400-20's. The original carrier that goes between the cab and bed for the 1100-20's were not wide enough for the 14's.
Dam.Two more Cletracs that I'll never have a chance to buy. I gotta get me one of those some day. Guess I need to start looking out west. Nice tracks ww.
Welcome BA232 from the extreme N.E. I thought Echo11 was going to try and grab the title for northest eastest. Lots of us collectors in Ohio including Cleveland,Medina and all points south. Looking forward to meeting you at a show or something.
OK. Guess its time to pipe up. I could care less if he buys the truck or not. Why? Because this is the nicest deuce I've owned in the 15 years I have been collecting. There are 6 other trucks over here that he could have picked from. I told him every detail of every truck and this is the one he...
Why not try to put the 12 volt alternator on top to charge the front battery and leave the bottom alternator to charge both batteries. The top alternator will act as the eualizer. That way you would not have to change any of the starting orglow plug stuff. I just put a Leece Neville from a M915...
Curious of where the lvt came from. I picked one up here 4 miles from the house. Was used after the war to clean out a private lake after they drained it. It was given to me so you can immagine what condition it's in. It needs final drives first off. Can't wait to meet you.
Now that is a neat truck. Looking at your posts of other new acquisitions, looks like I might have to take a trip down to check things out. Can't get enough of the ww2 stuff.
