I found the Goodyear hose was cheaper at my hydraulic shop. Next thing I have been literally giving to guys that have come by is called Grime Boss hand wipes. They are awesome they will remove the smell of diesel fuel and axle grease, they have removed everything I have gotten on my hands! From...

Dragging this back to life. So a couple more questions if you want to run wet hubs instead of packing with grease can't you just leave out a inner seal? I understand why the military ran packed hubs to help stop water intrusion, but on a hwy truck the oil bath is better, don't want opinions on...
Do this and you will never have a vehicle without air ride again. I actually would just add the bags you won't believe how much difference it will make, then you will do the rear.

I agree with 74M35A2 about the gelling additives, but I do like to run a quart of 2 stroke in mine all it adds is lubrication and is made to be burned, and the tank before I change the filters I add a gallon or two of good biodiesel it also lubricates and it will clean the inside of your system...

So here is my question what setup would be best for 375-425 range? Ppump with 420 injection and hx 50 and intercooler? Or push the mwpump? Looking for typical over the road use not race use.

Guys as a LEO I would recommend the following in any state. If you are pulled over be nice, if he or she wants to write you a ticket for something you are legal for in your state ask nicely if you can show them your copy of the law of your state saying you can do it legally and a copy of the...
No if it is rattling it needs to be fixed. Not aimed at just sed6 these trucks are 30 years old if it rattles it needs to be fixed, not just let it slide, I also am guilty of this many times and it creeps up and bites me in the butt.

So are you doing a futon style bed that folds along the length? How about a sketch of the floor plan so us feeble minded can get an idea of how you are doing it.

RSMS rebuilt trucks are built better than new in some ways, there were 5 through out the country, one in Kansas and one in Camp Shelby, Mississippi the others I forgot, but most of the workers were a mix of Veterans and national guard technicians. They take the vehicle's down to the frame and...
