Theres really not a whole lot to those pumps. It might be worth trying to free up if your just going to replace it anyway. No fuel through the pump could mean that the fuel rack hasnt moved also. Stick your finger in the IP hole and try it.
Looks to be the oil pressure switch wire. U will need to fix that. Have you cracked the hard fuel lines on the fuel pumps to make sure your getting fuel out of them? If all fluids are clean i wouldnt expect new filters to help this problem.
I havr started a mep803a in -10* weather with 340cca batterys. Glow plugs used for about 35sec then cranked. I know its a different unit but its still about the same size engine. There was no lack of power on cranking it either.
Thats more of a hydraulic style hose so you wont beable to compress it with your fingers. If you bend it and it crunches and makes odd noises i would replace it. Replace it with hydraulic hose. I believe it has -4jic fittings.
I believe the engine is the same as a civilian counterpart. You may have better luck in calling your local onan/cummins dealer and telling them you have the civilization version. I havnt had many engine problems so cant be sure on what fits.
You cant use a 3 prong plug. You need both hot legs, a neutral and a ground. Its common to have a 4prong plug/outlet for an electric dryer. Im not sure what they offer in exterior 50a covers. Homedepot may not have what you are looking for so you may want to try a electrical supply house.
You dont have any local radiator shops that repair/fix radiators? Might ask your local auto garage if they know of one. How ever they are metal radiators and not terribly hard to fix your self.
Drain the tank! And filters. If you regulary refuel this unit i would be looking for an external source for water entering the tank. Key hole in tank cap, pin hole in tank where the water runs over it or something along those lines. Also may have gotten a bad batch of fuel. Mabe fill a 5 gal...
Those water temp gauges arnt the most acurate things. Mine reads around 200 but my temp gun shows the hottest is 170*. The TM should have a spec on the sender. You can match this up with another gauge more read available, or just get a new sender too. I had to do this with a fuel gauge on mine...
The color coded electrical diagram helped me alot when mine wouldnt start. Mide didnt do anything. I had 5v at the master switch when it was in prime/run. Turns out a diode on the board in the back left was burnt. Since you have clicking you have some power. A voltmeter/diagram will really...
