Okay, the 60 pinion is longer than the 10 bolt so there may be an issue there. If you are going zero rates, move the front axle fwd an inch and be done with it. The 14B FF has a short 3 bearing pinion which is very close to the 10 bolt. Length won't be an issue but different size joints will...
Since it's not going to be restored, let frame rot determine if it's for you. A solid frame is really all you need. If the F head isn't up to par, you can always swap a small V6 in there. Rashed and dented flat fenders appeal to me.
When you did your axle swap, did you have to swap rear spring plates? I'm no expert on the SF rear but the DIA of the FF requires the ubolts to be bent on a larger radius die thus requiring wider spring plates. If this applies to the SF then blazer ubolts from the lift won't work.
A while back there was a glut of new seat bottom covers that were sold on GL. Since most of my problems were the seat bottoms, I got new bottoms. I had to replace the foam on one seat but the other went well. Gimpyrobb had bottoms and still may have more.
Several years ago I bought a box of 25 factory made striker bushings. It was less than $10. Still have a few left. Will switch over to pex when I run out.
Flat glass. Should be able to have any auto glass shop get something cut. Cucvrus may be willing to sell and send one but don't expect it to be cheap. Handling and shipping glass is a pita.
Turn the key to run and head under the hood. Disconnect and reconnect the pink wire atop the injection pump. You should be able to hear the solenoid click if all is well.
If you are hoping for anything to be fixed in your cabins, you need to educate yourself on the procedure. The only one fixing anything are the renter's. I got my standard fare cabin that I've had since 2008 (with the exception of one yr).
