You don't. There are processes at any competent insurance agency and moderately competent DMV. It is what it is. They can't change it to fit their needs

Have you installed an auxiliary grounding harness? I wonder if a ground jump from the EESS would have been an interesting test now that we see the finished product.

If you take it to your normal, competent shop and provide them with a link or hard copy of the correct trouble shooting TMs, they should be able to plow right through it. When people who have a basic aptitude take the time to correctly trouble shoot the vehicles using the proper TM, the problem...
