To test the relay, take all the wires off. Then apply 12 volts to B&C. it should click/clunk. Use an ohms meter on A&D, you should have continuity. Pin A is from the battery. Pin D is output. B&C are your two wire to turn it on, or cut it off.
Try all these numbers, when looking.

That is possible. But you need to have some knowledge of gen sets, control circuits, and general electro/technic. Do you? Because all the parts you need are to be had on line, but you need to know how to hook them up.
There are two types that would fit your gen set. One, the old, first version, is what you have in your set. The next is a "Fits all" version. I will also give you the number for the 400 Hertz model, so you will NOT buy it by mistake.

Also, can you take a picture of A5. One that shows the part number is possible? or have you donr that someplace back in the first few pages? There are 3 different A5's.
I dont think its a DC voltage regulator issue. There was some additional information I had gotten to read about it and that was focused on the cosmetic damages to the exterior shell and how the agency was not able to source the damaged parts thus the only option being to mark it as excess and...
