Sounds like a week IP pump but also check the Coolant temp sensor, and possible week lift pump.

I think you are in same boat as a couple of us. "town trucks" sounds like you need to start from scratch and get a new harness. That's what I had to do. Also if you put on your hazards do they work like they should? What about turn signals do they work as they should?

Are you running just front spacers? The rear looks stock.

Max your pump out and get some gauges you will be fine. Our DB pump can't over fuel your motor with the turbo.

Well if it is just at idle after you start it up, it's probably a glow plug.

I would start probing around and make sure you have good grounds and power where they should be. Sorry not that much of help. Are you getting power in the fuse panel?

I had to grind down my calipers in order to bolt them to the bracket. It was a long time ago and it was very little grinding.
