Was that "mosquito"-killer a "running" takeout engine? Does it smoke a lot, even when idling?
I'm thinking someone eventually pulled the IP and then installed it wrong?

Most probably NOT...!
Just to clarify: there are dozens of different MRAP-type vehicles and most of them have 20x10-sized wheels (like this one), which are NOT suitable for any MPT tires.
So far I know the only MRAP models coming with 365/80R20 tires and thus the correct, 20x11-stamped (MPT)...
MPT tires - including the 365/80R20s - just don't fit on ANY type 5-ton wheels.
Best if you could find two M35A3 wheels (20x11", MPT) and have them re-centered.

I would contact Rob from TMG (Those Military Guys). I know that from time to time they make a trip to the east coast.
He has been very helpful for me, with picking up parts and store/ ship them.

Yes, I got to know what SOS is... thanks to Papabear and his crew!
Thanks Kent, but I'm not sure I want some of that ... after 6 more months...!?:-)

I have about 10 of those GoodYear MV/T tires here, 95% or better. Their average weight is 220# (+/- 5#).
Then I weighed a stock FMTV steel wheel (W/O CTIS-valve & hardware): 119# and a (steel) beadlock insert: 18#
