Working with gas motors, I've seen cases where a cylinder head gasket leaks between two cylinders; the cylinders still contribute, and show an effect if you pull the plug wire, but the motor runs rough.
I recall working with a Ford 351W once, the head gasket was blown between two cylinders...
You can also locate a dead or weak cylinder by spraying some water or lube/solvent on the individual exhaust pipes and looking for the ones that evaporate slower.
It might be time for a compression test...
No problem doing it, but I am still waiting on an EUC to clear; it's my third one so it should not take much longer.

Yes, mine is on Dunn Road. Pickup is Monday, Tuesday and Friday at that location. EUC was sent on 9/19/16, but it is my third one so it should come through about a week into October. I've been driving down on Sundays, picking up on Mondays.
I should be running that route by mid-October, to pick up another HMMWV in Fayetteville. I will be pulling an empty 5-ton trailer so I will need to winch the M1102 on to the 5-ton trailer rather than pull it, but it should be doable.
Wire 5A connects to wire 81A through the PCB/EESS box. Wire 81A is connected to the starter positive post, which is connected directly to the battery 24V+ post. When the logic is satisfied to make the relay in the control box close, then 5A is connected to the battery 24V+ post. So it can...
The N3135 installation instructions are on the Niehoff website, and they show 568 connected to the IGN terminal: http://www.ceniehoff.com/Documents/Ctrl_Hyperlink/II0028D_uid121020091201492.pdf
Either 5A or 568 (or both) should work, since they are tied together in the wiring harness. Can you...
Is your 200A the Niehoff with N3135 regulator? That is what I have on my M1038. Only 5A and 2A are connected in addition to the big output and ground connections. The #568 wire is connected to #785B in the vicinity of the front intake manifold port. Looking at the wiring diagram, 785B is...
I was about a week late on a pickup in May and there was no mention of a fee, but I did make the pickup appointment prior to the deadline.

My Nartron box had the glowplugs on all the time, so I tried to figure out the interaction between the GPC and EESS box. The connections are shown in Technical Manual TM-9-2320-280-20-3 on page 1159/1170. I found that my connections were actually as follows:
GPC Pin 1: wire 573A - EESS Pin H...
No, saying that the wait light being off does not mean the glowplugs are off. The wait light goes off, but the glowplugs could still be energized, either because of the timing functions or a malfunction.
On the HMMWV the timing function is controlled by the circuitboard in the EESS box under the dash. I posted some of the Nartron patents that describe some of this in this thread: "PCB circuit diagram of KDS controller".
Absolutely the box can go bad and keep the glowplugs energized all the...
It has a different emissions sticker on the valve cover than I have seen on any other GP HMMWVs. It says GM but appears to have the same shape and location as the stickers on the General Engine Products (GEP)/AMGeneral engines.
