Starting at 2:00 (inboard left) will be the 2x 24v.
The 11:00 (inboard right) will be the 12v.
The 5:00 (outboard right) would be the ground.

I modified one of those folding dog ramps my neighbor gave me to attach to the toolbox/step. Then I eventually added some folding feet to the ground end to reduce the angle of incline. I still need to add some carpet or something as my girl can't dig her nails...

I was thinking a simple 24v to 12v step down would do the job.
I guess price would be determined by how many amps you needed for that run.

Good time to slap a 200-300amp 24v alt on there. And then a step down for the 12v.
Be a crap-ton cheaper than a used surplus 12/24v dual voltage.
Assuming that the alt is the issue.
