    What does your title/registration say?

If they are banning your (type of) vehicle..then, what are the regulations for ANY (type of) 4x4. A Chevy cheyan or dodge Dakota can be (ex) military..are they all banned as well? Anything is off-road 'capable' in my mind..you don't have to be rock climbing! (on a beach!)

    M998 hmmwv brake vibration

Sound like something is loose in the suspension, If there is vibration when the brakes are applied, then logically there is a loose or broken component in the braking system, (shocks? disc pads/ mountings?..even the driveline) somewhere in that region)

British CVRT Samson Recovery vehicle being restored .

'Served' on all those bases around the 70s..good days, My M45 530C came from Mildenhall (where we used to gaze in admiration at it (it was not used in the period)) Now I own it. Just a pity I could never get hold of a P4. I can still get a P15. But they are a bit unwieldy, and two engines..I...

British CVRT Samson Recovery vehicle being restored .

I have always liked the recovery versions of these vehicles. They are neat and functional looking and also useful to have and use around the place as well.

The first event of this year.

Thanks for the comments..Young help sometimes comes 'inspired'. Us oldies are often surprised and (rather) proud of the abilities and skills these lads afford us. (as they are learning). https://youtu.be/Dr6M7g5EmvA

    turn signal/ marker light problem

Unless you have sufficient resistance (at the 'bulb' end) you will not have them flashing. (remember?) when one flasher light bulb goes duff, and then I either nothing will flash, or on some vehicles the single remaining bulb front or rear flashes erratically. Replace the 'duff' bulb, and alls...

The first event of this year.

lined up and at the event. (the work carried out by the cadets was methodical, competent, and safely performed). We are all very pleased (and appreciative) of their efforts to date. (these ongoing tasks and projects are 'qualifying' for their "Duke of Edinburgh" awards.

The first event of this year.

Although the weather forecast was rain and wind, we planned to take the wrecker (M62) the M45 530C fire truck, and a deuce to a local gathering Sunday. Certain essential repairs had to be carried out on the deuce, and it was not certain we would be a able to take It. However the 'yung u n's'...

Please include more detailed information when asking for help and information. " the wheels from my" would immediately help, and identify if keeping things matched was essential on 'that (type of) vehicle and wheel. In your case it matters not what goes where BUT in logical sequence's. IE. I...

    Hello from Canada!

Welcome to the site, and now you should link up with enthusiasts to see if you can 'job around' and or assist an owner with servicing and repairs etc, and perhaps get rides as the 2nd pair of hands assisting with attendances at events. Good luck.

    Engine Locked? | 855 Cummins

Well if all is working inside the engine and you have not removed or released compressions, then it will be 'tight' as each piston comes up on compressions. I would take off the heads and replace those gaskets, and really check the timing properly. (you are 'worrying about a bent rod') but...
