The shackle flip gets you more articulation while having the option to lift it depending on which one you choose. Yes it's more work. I had blocks before and you could certainly feel the axle wrap if accelerating. They'll get you the look you're after for the cheapest and easiest way.
I have a similar setup. Front tuff country 2" lift springs. Rear is stock springs with a zero lift shackle flip and long shackles. It's a touch saggy in the back but I plan on changing out the springs to 56" ones whenever I get around to it. I've got 315/75r16 ko2 tires. The front I needed to...
I was hoping a Mod would fix the title thread spelling error. You decided to respond to me with a very long winded reply for some reason even though my post had nothing to do with you. No I do not have a solution as I've never had this problem on my own cucv. I do however read most threads as...
The crossover fits well directly under the converter inspection cover. The downpipe is quite tight however if you're going between the engine and frame.
I used a green 44T gear and kept the little converter box. You need a different housing if you want to get rid of that little box. My speedo is very very close to being on with 3.73 gears and 34.6" tires (315/75/16 ko2's)
They're wasps, not bees. You told a story about filling a vacuum full of wasps or bees. That doesn't help me and you seem to have a history of irrelevant long winded posts. I was looking for some sort of repellant or home remedy and figured this forum would have plenty of vehicles that sat more...
Few things terrify me more than small flying death machines. Glad we don't have anything like that here. Covering it or parking indoors unfortunately aren't options. I do need to drive it more but sometimes it's down for weeks while it gets worked on.
Forgive me, but what does any of this have to do with PREVENTING wasps from trying to nest in/under my vehicle? If you don't have relavent information to the topic than why post?
These little buggers just will not leave my cucv alone. I keep finding small nests around it (underneath, door jams, under hood) and no matter how quickly I remove and spray with wasp killer they seem to just try somewhere else. Short of covering the entire vehicle in poison does anybody have...
Nope, I was attempting to explain what the other guy was doing to you since you seemed a bit confused by his responses and also clarifying how you had terminology mixed up (something he was not doing but rather just egging you on with his responses).
re-read and you'll see I was trying to help you.
