A few things to add:
front brake lines: I went with braided lines but you can use 2wd square body lines up front with a lift. They're a few inches longer. Just need to remove a metal bracket that is around the hose.
The master cylinder was a direct bolt on other than having to move the lines...
The d60 is a bolt in, I'd just get some new u bolts and studs. As far as brakes go I ended up buying a 1 ton master cylinder. The front and rear reservoirs are flipped but I was able to massage the stock lines a touch to swap them.

there are other companies that make all these things but ruffstuff has been great for me and they make it easy with that kit. Easiest would be to get the new...
Alright, I attempted to install it in the ash tray door but the cable doesn't allow enough flex for the door to close and the door itself is too flimsy to really support anything anyways. While I had it unbolted it just kind of seemed to fit here well so I went with it. Might still mess around...
The cable is too long to put on the right side of the column in the same space so not sure if slightly higher would work. Once it warms up a bit outside I'll get out there and see if it could snake up under the dash a bit more and see. Was also thinking the ash tray area might work.
Ya know, not something I put any thought in to. The placement was mainly dictated by the cable length. I may see if it'll work somewhere in the middle area of the dash. It's not something I need quick access to as if I'm using it I'll most likely be stuck and winching.
The NSN # is 2910-01-466-6264. The instructions are for an hmmwv but was pretty easy to figure out. Mounts to the bracket that holds the throttle cable and pedal and then I snaked the cable under the dash and mounted the knob to the left of the steering wheel on the steering column cover.
Ah you were referring to making it adjustable? I cut open the stock one, threaded the rod and tightened it down with the stock spring. I'm around 10 psi max
You can't have the block off plate and the mechanical pump, they occupy the same place. You'd have to add a drain to the oil pan to keep the mechanical pump. I went electrical and the stock 6.5 oil drain plate.
