Fenders can easily sag/move/misalign over the life of a vehicle. Measuring from bump stop pad (or end of bump stop if original)to the spring plate is more accurate
Finally got a seat bracket worked out for the new seats. Still need to weld it all up and paint. Then it'll be time to duplicate it for the other side.
It seems to vary so much depending on throttle input and load. I can still hit 10psi at higher elevation.
My 5.3 truck does pretty good up i70 which makes me want an ls engine in my cucv
Was wondering the same thing, on trails I've been as high as 12,000 ft here and I can assure you even with boost it's certainly still a dog. Trying to climb i70 up to 11,000ft and keep any speed is also pretty much impossible.
It's also in the Arctic kit install TM page 91-92. The screw in snaps can be found at most hardware stores. That's where I got a replacement. The 1/4 turns I've seen as well.
So what is it that you actually need pics of? There are 3 snaps under the hood and 2 quarter turn clips on the sides of the grill halfway up. The bottom tucks in behind the bumper and there are loops (though I don't use them because of my winch location)
They don't seem worth the money to me. I actually think once the headlights are ran with the new harness that they work quite well. Plus you don't have to worry about icing over (though maybe they won't be such an issue because they're vertical).
B&m (and probably others) sell trans coolers with an electric fan. That would certainly help with very low speeds assuming mechanically everything else is in check
You don't have anything in your signature. There is no kit that I've seen for that. I think you'd just have packaging issues up top. My old wrx had a ton of room up top due to the flat 4 engine. I don't see behind the grill to be a weak spot, many trucks and cars put it in that location.

Like a Subaru? I think space will be difficult with something like that. There's plenty of room up front and you'd have plenty of room to pipe it. I also don't think an IC is going to do much on these engines with little boost.
I plan on getting longer front shock mounts at some point (probably not the fords)but need to redo my downpipe so I have a place for the shock to sit.
Ill probably go with bilsteins since they feel awesome on my Silverado. Right now I have tuff country shocks. Made in the USA but are harsh...
