The radiator on my 6 and 10 kw generators are the same size as the radiator that is in a Toyota truck. Fluid capacity also plays a big part in diesel radiators. The radiator in my diesel is huge compared to the gas version.

I would caution against using an incandescent bulb that is larger than the rated wattage. Fixtures are rated for a certain wattage to keep them from getting to hot and potentially causing a fire.
Is the ac unit mounted in the helo or on a cart ducted into the helo. I would love to see the FAA paper work on mounting it in the helo, and photos. A simple tire change to a non standard tire requires some FAA paperwork. I doubt weather a home air conditioner would survive long in a helo.
