It's true for much of the vehicle unless you are doing some sort of authentic period correct vehicle.

Another nice feature of this method is that if you ever sell the truck, you can simply sell the LLC to the new owner. It can all transfer that way and the only change is getting it insured by the buyer. Technically, it requires no re-registration (since the LLC owed/owns the truck all along)...
1) Find a state that allows RV title conversions
2) Start a LLC in that state (cost is typically under $100 total but some states do require a resident sponsor)
3) Register as an RV in the LLC's name (meet the required changes to be an RV, weigh, inspect)
4) Lease the vehicle to yourself for...

The files can be made to work w/o being on disc, but there's some IT hand-wavium involved...

Tons of folks over on the VanLife groups and over on Expedition Portal use those in their builds. It's what I had planned to use until I switched trucks for the build (my 1079 has a habitat heater already).
Repaired a busted corner on the lower front cover. A little MarineTex and some heavy mat, wax paper, and a couple boards clamped together over it to compress the patch. Will trim off the excess, paint, and toss it back on tomorrow.
