They aren't doing things on the weekends anymore, only a weekday and they are so busy that you gotta call the day of as well as in advance to see if plans change.

TORQUE the can hold downs, the tube is hollow and the nut part is only affixed to the tube with a roll pin. The pump only makes flow at idle, no measurable pressure even cranking. If there is pressure in the gauge when cranking, I'd check the manual shut off on the pump. It's pumping, but not getting past the FSOV,

Formula just means it is a 1900 governed engine, for fleet fuel economy. The oil pressure is deemed by the system, DFC or FFC. It's been a bit, but IIRC DFC,( demand flow cooling v.s FFC, full flow cooling), has the OP regulated at 40 PSI hot, rated RPM, that might be backwards, like I said...
