I've gotten two of those touchpad light switches in my trucks. The first thing I do is uninstall and list them on ebay;-) Replaced them with the tried and true lever switch. I love them because most people who get in my truck think it's part of the ignition system:razz: They ask me which switch...

So true. However when I get in the "zone" on long trips, I don't tend to stare at my gauges. Especially where they're located. Plus my instrument panel doesn't light up too well on my trucks during night time driving. I'm just sayin;-)

You have what we medically term as "OD Fever". Unfortunately, there is no cure to date. Seems the symptoms of OD Fever are alleviated by procuring more items that are....well, OD;-)
