Good job! Can't see the siping very well in those images. This is how I did mine...only siping, about 3/16 deep, no rubber is removed. Takes about 15 minutes/tire.

Problem #1 on your list indicates that a contaminated desiccant cartridge can let water into the system, that alone is a reason to also have an alcohol evaporator hooked up. From the "Repair" column, oil from the compressor will contaminate the cartridge....

Re: RE: EGT temps at idle? The multifuel engine burns only about 1 gallon/hr at idle, that keeps it from warming up also. Compare about 8 gallons/hr at 55 mph.....

Since the subject includes air dryers, how often must the cartridge be replaced and how do you know when to replace it? How is oil handled, which is almost unavoidably mixed with the air? FWIW, the FMTV trucks use air dryers. Thanks.

Hearing the "buzzer", actually a relay, is half the battle...how do you have the spark plug connected, have you checked all contact points? The cable and connectors to the spark plug provide the ground, no other external ground needed...here I go talking about grounding again.... Spark gap...
