Jeff, this is what it looked like, it wasn't all on the deuce and the brakes were hooked up on the 757 (we loaded more cargo on both vehicles after this picture was taken).
My empty weight is 17,000 lb (K-boom) and have had a total rig weight of 36,000 lb. The top speed is of minor importance when you put the truck to work IMHO. Don't care much for the relatively big step between 3rd and 4th, though...
Nice work! Have you attacked the crankcase breather yet?
Finding a place to ford is going to be your biggest problem.:-)

Looks like a 30,000 BTU heater and pretty complete too.
In my picture below, the unit on the left is a 20,000 BTU heater and the other two are 30,000.

Bruce, the model you should look for is the Stewart Warner South Wind 8420 (or pehaps 8420024).
You will also need the control box with two switches, a light and a 5-pin connector in the back.
Hey Bruce, if you find one and need help getting it running, call me (PM), I got to know them pretty well working with them to get one good one for the 8x8.

2) Remove the cover for the fuel cut-off mechanism
3) Remove the fuel cut-off lever (be careful with the "tooth" at the end which is loose)

Any "automatic" air dryer will benefit from an alcohol evaporator since the accumulated water would freeze if not heated (=24vdc drain).
If I only had the choice of one device, it would be the alcohol evaporator/vaporizer.

FWIW, any K-type thermocouple will work with any gauge.
If you don't have a bundle to spend on this, don't compromise on the probe and get the best quality probe obtainable (Hewitt is up there), so you don't have to worry about anything melting and ruining your turbo.
