Not to be a drag but that would be a waste of time and money since you can get an almost new C7 for just a few thousand and a 3500SP for just a thousand. Just my .02
It is 2 pieces, both of the parts in your 2 pictures. Fits all engines as far as I know. The sand colored part goes down to the LF engine mount, The black part bolts to that and to the front of the timing cover. Belt tensioner bolts to the front of the black part where the nut is welded inside...
Well that is why I asked!! My LMTV wheels, all of them, are tapered on both sides and take a 3/8" x 20 O ring. They all also have 1/16" run out so the stud circle is off to one side by 1/32. Getting ready to correct them.
Yes, fits the C7 perfectly and I would think it would fit all 3116, 3126, C7 etc. I was going to make 10 sets when A/C season gets here. Have lots of LMTV A/C stuff.
I just serviced the hubs on my 06 and was shocked (but not surprised) to find almost no oil in them, loose wheel bearings, backlash way to tight, way to much of the wrong sealant. This truck was serviced by the military just 2600 miles before I got it. Don't assume anything is done or done right...
ramps. just like levers. The wedge is between the rollers, the rollers come out sideways as they also move inward creating enough clearance for the roller holder to fit between the shoe piston. Just what I see in the pictures, I may not be right!
The handle has a pinion gear and the valve rod has rack teeth. If you move the handle you are moving the spool in and out. Probably not a valve problem, something further down stream.
OK today I made a 'tool' to take the tires off the wheels. It is now very easy and takes no time at all. So then I bolted a wheel back together with 4 nuts and put it on my custom made mount for any large balancer with 40mm spindle. No side to side runout and the inner flange ran true (not...
The hub level is at the bottom of the big center nut I think so yours were over full maybe. Rear sets its own level, just the fronts need to be filled but there is no need to do anything to the front to change the diff.
Still unable to balance tires. Interesting that at the point where the tire called for weight, the tread runs warmer than the rest of the tread. Tire has 0.058 run out on one side. Maybe Goodyears cannot be run more than 50 mph? Why are they rated for 68?
