1 ground spade for wreckers or tractor (M818 ) ... [$80]
Tire chains for 22,5's (M916 etc) ... [$90 ea]

Obviously not Ron's neighbour - but they do exist. Can't imagine that any little mom n pop tow company can afford one though!!! I know of this one in NJ. Has a big decal on the boom that reads "80+ Tons". The owners father started the business with a couple of WWII ex Navy Air Corps - Sterling...
Just have all your duck in a row - passports, ownership papers/registrations/insurance/suitable drivers licence for that vehicle in Canada - airbrakes etc...
Don't go over your allowance on booze or spare gasoline/diesel.
Make sure you have names/locations of destination/reason for trip etc...

That's the regimental colours of the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME).. also RAEME and RCEME for same units in Australia and Canada. Often see those colours in small squares on the engineer/fitter/mechanic/recovery vehicles attached to other units.
