Sounds like something is warming up then causing the problem. Check the fuse maybe pinch the terminal so they are tighter. Also remove the resettable fuse with a standard fuse. If that doesn’t work swap relays. One thing at a time though so you know what the solution was.
I spoke with someone that knows all the guys that are selling the original door handles. Turns out they are not surplus but being made in china for them.
Does anyone have a success story how they lubricated the front door hinges without removing them? The drivers door is normal but my wife’s side is pretty stiff.
The problem is not lack of use either. As we are traveling for nearly 4 months this year. She gets in and out more than I typically...

death wobble when the steering wheel goes crazy out of control is typically suspension, steering, etc.
Well if you have to order bolts online and you don’t have a pitch gauge I’m assuming you have digital calipers that display mm. Obviously measure the diameter of the bolt not the hex head then on a bolt that size you should be able to measure the distance from peak to peak on the threads and...
He’s running new 14.00R20 tires, with 3 piece run flats up front. Not sure if his spare matches. Also not sure a 14.00R20 tire will fit in the spare area. Can’t imagine anything mechanical causing it but on civilian work vehicles I’ve experienced many tires causing that type of situation...
Sound like a bad tire. See if you can identify the problem tire and replace it with your spare. If that doesn’t work take the other front tire off and put the other tire on. Most likely it’s only one tire. Could be the 3 piece run flat came apart causing it as well.
Knock the spun stud out and just put a standard grade 8 bolt in it or put a couple spot welds on it.
With the taller tires how is the spare going to fit?
For the blinker module, I actually incorporated a truck-lite module. I purchased the one that makes a loud irritating noise as it blinks…hate the noise but the unit has worked for 8 years.
