I have a 97 LMTV with the 3116. I have crappy readings for oil pressure. I checked with my mechanical tester to verify. I am looking to replace the sender, after checking wiring and cleaning up the connections. The part # on the current sender is 12420859 with another mfg # of 7z634. TM-P #...
**pending sale**
I have the drivers side behind seat storage box for sale from my 1081. I have other plans for the interior and this is in my way. It is in good condition, I just cleaned up the lid and added a brace to keep it flat. New bolts on the hinge side. No rust through, good shape...
I am looking at replacing one or two of the hoses on my lvad wheels. Figure 158 in parts diagram, item 27 and 18. Rubber is falling off and steel webbing is rusting. I have only found one source only for each, at a hefty $72 and $161. Anyone know of a more family friendly budget source?
I took advantage of the break in the deluge and got the turret cover off and repaired a rust hole and then filled in the holes drilled in the cab sides from the old signage from the army.
I need to disconnect the batteries to patch up some holes. I’m confused with all the batteries in this truck. Where do I need to disconnect in order to avoid frying anything? 97 lmtv with all four batts installed. Thanks!
I have two m35a2 cab seat sets. The driver seat with passenger seat/fold down stand. Both are in fair to good condition. Will need new fabric/etc, but the steel is pretty good shape. I will bring them if offered on. No idea on price lets say $50 each. Ill add some other m35 items later on.
I have been working on mine for a bit, little at a time. I got sidetracked splitting my brakes which is now complete. Cab is welded in, floors patched, 105 trailer bed on. Now I need to get back to finishing my roof and skinning it.
There we go. Thanks Rustystud. Where is that diagram of the airpack at? I have yet to see that in any tm I sourced. Ill get to swapping those up. Thank you and peashooter too.
PEASHOOTER, Both my airpacks are the short style. I know that all my fluid lines are correct, that's simple enough. Its just odd that I would have air only gushing from the vent line, no fluid just air like a leaking air hose. Are there any differences in the air port locations on the airpacks...
PEASHOOTER: I cant make heads or tails of the tm attached to the brake line post. Do you know if the ports on the side all act the same, as in blow air constantly or only under braking as a pressure release? I am contemplating swapping the lines around on that ported side of the air pack to...
Another view, text is not easy to see, but you can see the ports better. Black nylon goes back to tank. The smaller line is the current vent and you can see the plugged port.
I cant really follow the tm legitimately due to the arrangement I have. The second air pack has an air line coming in straight from third tank. It then has one port plugged. Then the third port is the vent line that goes up to the t above driveshaft where the master vent and first airpack vent...
