The thread does not specify which vehicle you are working on but I installed this one on my deuce. In the picture it is just above the upper alternator. take out the 1" plug and screw this heater in its place. Quick easy no leaks.
Cool thank you YOLNER that should help. I do have a small concern. I know there have been a few of these out there that have mistakes. I have been tracking my wiring down in my current harness. It has most of the metal tags still but not all it is a slow process only a few at a time. Everything...
I have a front wiring harness. I need to install it sooner or later, but I am still working on figuring out all the number tags. I need to know what wire goes where so I can re-label them to make install a little easier.
Well finished install of diverter and all tubing. I now have heater & defroster both at the same time. Finally I am set up for winter weather. If we ever get any here in Texas LOL.
Hubs came with the truck all I know about them, but you can grab onto them and turn them freely so I guess there kind of like lockouts without the lock.
You can loosen the air line going into the air pack a little bit so it leaks then you can drive it. If loose it will bleed off enough pressure to release brakes when you let off the pedal. The compressor will be able to keep up if only loosened should at least get you to safe harbor.
The engine is drained. Canned with several large bags of Silica Gel beads to prevent moisture then the can was sealed with silicone and pressurized to 5 lbs. before storage.
Yes they do thank you very much. I am very happy with them kind of wished I had gone with the stenciled ones instead of the stickers but still very nice. They are a perfect fit.
