I would check the vent on the firewall for obstruction. I had a similar issue turned out the air in the booster was not releasing fast enough. Every time I use the brake I had to wait a second or two before I could take off again, brakes would lock until enough air from the booster was released...
Well I did manage to get the winch in the back bolted in today. So now I can load those big heavy 11.00 x 20 spare tires in the back by myself now. It got dark so the wiring and controls will have to wait until tomorrow. I also got the base today so I was able to finish installing the new...
I found this solution to be quite effective. Dual systems 12v & 24v. This dual system from scratch costs about the same as a replacement military alternator. But these alternators put out much more amps. they are much cheaper to replace or rebuild in the future as well.

I have full coverage with roadside assistance through progressive insurance. I have used it twice to get jumped. The first time I used it was in Colorado when I first picked up the truck. it was 25 below zero and sat all night and that morning when I tried to leave it would not start. I thought...

I thought about 395's but I got the 11.00x20's for $100 bucks each so I went for it since I was able to use existing rims rather than having to pay cost of 395's and buy MRAP or Hemitt's with adaptors.
