    Thats the speedometer drive and the "hose" is the cable. And I believe its on your transfer case and not your trans.

    Deuce won't MOVE.

    Either the clutch is shot or the bolts on the pressure plate loosened up causing the clutch to not engage. Either way, you need a clutch.
