Easy, ignore the letter. When you bought it, there wasn't an EUC requirement. They cant make you fill one out now, wether you still own the truck or not.

Directions are on runflats. If your picky about your tire tread, plan accordingly. Notch in runflat lines up with valve stem.

Check & repack wheel bearings. These are tapered roller bearings that you have to set preload on. Not the typical new sealed bearing assy crap.

My suggestion is ditch the H1 wheels & buy something that fits. Prob 3 & 1/2in to 4in of back spacing, not too many size choices in 16.5.

A good quality brake controller that is adjusted properly is seamless ! Havent heard of the free-back, have to do a little research on that.
