This is a 1998 that just sold in PA recently. Look at the pictures and there is a "cost" $$$ on picture #5. I'm sure the newer years cost more though...
Called and sent email.
Scott called me back this afternoon and said that he has 30 diaphragms and just listed them on his website!
That’s Scott and Suprman!
Yeah, I tried their website several times over the last several days and could get on. I just tried them again and was able to connect, however their website states they are out of stock also.
Is there a part number for this diaphragm? Is there a cross reference for this part?
Thanks for the...
Been looking for the CTIS wheel valve rubber diaphragms and can't find any. Didn't see anything on the parts spreadsheet. I don't even have a number for them.
Is there a diagram of the valve itself showing the internals in the TM's? If so I must have missed it.
Anybody know where I can get...
Ditto, on the same boat.
I've been looking for them for several weeks now.
Found this one here:

Not sure if it is NOS or something that was made aftermarket, and it is way too much $$$ for me, for what is.
And...
Midwest M. E. Just order some for my new tire install and CTIS rebuilt.
Anyone know where I can get the CTIS valve rubber diaphragms at . Check all on internet and spicer dealers but I couldn’t find any. Anyone?
Thanks.
Good to hear there was no damage and that you were able to get home okay.
It’s good to know there are still good people out there that will help out a strange in need!
Under the FAS site for the FMTV's under Performance Characteristics is states the water fording without kit is 36" and 60" with kit. But gives no kit info.

There is one on the auction site with make an offer.
However, the video seems to show that it could be easily rebuilt with a few O-rings...seems to be the cheaper way!
Good luck! :-D
For the hand pump, I didn't do this yet so I'm going to give this a try, the hydraulic fluid restrictors in the manifold. Can't hurt, at least I'll know they'll be clean afterwards.
By the way, anyone have a straight drag link laying around, 24P Figure 160, I 1. don't care about the rod ends. I am sure mine is slightly bent.
Unless your is badly bent, the one on my truck and the spare both have a bend in them. Are they bad? You got me thinking now!
These NOS I found...
If I could find a couple of working 50’s without paying a kidneys, a right arm and a left nut for them and they were legal to possess I would!!!
That looks very cool but I bet you’d have a hard time finding one, or find one that would fit. If you did I bet the cost would be mind numbing.
The sun roof is nice but not sure if I would go that direction or not…only time will tell. :p
