Help! My Deuce wheel sprung a leak!

Gear lube? I'd have to agree on the axle seal diagnosis. Climb underneath and see if the outer end of the axle/backside of the brake drum is wet with fresh grease.

    Radiator

Geeze guys, I'm still running a cold weather front and have only touched 200* once or twice this summer. And I have verified that the temp gauge is reading accurate (or close enough). Perhaps a lazy cruise at 45-50 mph and no load have something to do with that, though.

    Deuce Receiver Hitch & Singles

Look for stretch's setup. He's got a 10" (?) drop hitch as described, and has pulled more than one or two heavy loads with it.

Fourth of July Parade in Kingsport TN

The cab-over was local ARNG. If I recall correctly. I've got a couple pictures in my membermobiles post (see sig), and I'll add them here later. My air intake is held on with a muffler clamp on the air filter canister. Thankfully, I haven't had to anchor it to the fender or anything. It was...

    oil-leak found and solved !

How much were the heads shaved? The increase in compression could cause some combustion issues. How thick of a head gasket did you put on?

AZ, For the bracket, I just bent some old flatstock I had laying around to fit, and kept it from rattling on the outer side with a single sheet metal screw. Then, I used bolts to mount it to the original bracket; it fits pretty tight. (See pictures) I couldn't tell you how long it was; I...

    Stretch's Haspin road train

Looks challenging, but I wonder if the surge brakes will create a tendency to jackknife? Just watch those lane changes (should you need to make any-- probably no passing here), and make sure to swing those turns wide! :grd:
