The wife and I had a wonderful time! We can almost never steal away from the hectic work schedules and the things life throws at you but I ALWAYS will find a way to attend this rally for a little R&R. It is a blast!
I think there is no better rally out there, tons of smiles and laughs, good...
Little slow drip, just enough to tick you off! Rebuild washers are not sold here in the US. Did find out it's the same as for a Massey Ferguson DET20. Can get them in England from old20tractorparts.com #1310001 but that's a pain to order. Blanchards has them too. $$$ ouch!
1/8 cork. Hmmm...
Was planing to buy a pair of jeep seat frames from TNJ Murry but shipping is crazy. Anyone up that way coming down to the Ga rally and wouldn't mind toting them down? or to Savannah??
I'll be at the rally Thurs-Sun.
Anyone going past TNJ Murray? I was fixing to buy a pair of jeep seat frames but shipping is a bear($$$)! Was hoping someone has some room in their truck and give them a ride down from DE.
How's the gas prices up that away? Looking on the web it looks like the Flying J off of I20 is the cheapest. I found it by shear luck last yr. I don't know what my MPG will be with the new tires. I don't get on I20, I'm coming up through Warrenton. 12,Ga22,Ga44.
Thought I could go a bit longer on the balding, dry rotted, cracked tires on the Land Rover but didn't want the wife to get the life insurance.
7.50-16 Power King Premium Traction tires from the local commercial tire shop. $135 a tire.
**** good price plus they gave me 10% military discount...
Pics of the 50 cal mount, burner, and gauges.
$250 for the mount,$35 for speedos or tachs,$25 for the temp gauges,$35 for the burner. Come on guys, buy my crap! I just had to put new tires on the truck. (OUCH!$$$)
I will set up for just a few hrs a day pimping this stuff out of the...
MWMULES,
Your nick name is Bobo? :-D
Really should check the img names.
Just messing around with you. You are right though, I don't know anyone by their face other than Clinto. I jut say look for the Brit War machine if anyone is tracking me down, or just check the pics at the post office!
Any interest in a M2 .50 cal mount with ammo can mount? $250.00 Ain't bringing it if no interest, running outt'a room and I droped it on my foot once already!
How do I wind up with so much crap for just a 3 night camp trip? Oh, that's right. Wife is coming too.
Gott'a have those silly things like a tent, air mattress and food. :-D Kind'a miss the days when all I needed was a poncho, knife, and a fire starter.
Ewwww!
Remind me to NOT camp with Ron.
I have a poncho, I'd sleep leaning up against a tree.
I hope DT has some strip maps of the trails. They were out the last time. If I get lost I'll shake a tree and you can find me by seeing which one is moving on the map.
Zout, you know those expiration dates are just "recommendations". They don't go bad.:-D
LEGAL DISCLAIMER: Just kiddin' if any BATFE is reading this! Please don't kick my door in, I had my fare share of toss'n those in the desert. Twice!
(they do go bad, gott'a use 'em up was our motto.) :roll...
Anyone here know what's up with registering over there? It's been 3 or 4 weeks since I registered and haven't heard anything. Even resubmitted.
I've heard of slow but really???
Bottom line. You are not in the "bad side" of town, it's like going to a family reunion or church picnic. Use some common sense people , you're not going to impress anyone. Get there and enjoy the common interest in military vehicles and kick your shoes off and relax.
Zout,
Might have to...
