That depends on what you perceive as noisy, the remote mounted reservoir version of PS pump is inherently more noisy than the early style PS RCSK18330 pump, so which do you have?
Fist off, open the water separator to purge air in the filter canister, do this while running, 2nd, pull the drain back line off the inj pump and run Into a jar for a few minutes to make sure all air is out of pump head…

You cannot keep an ECV radiator with the old style hood, the radiator has a 12in support extension that goes in place of the 4in extension, it’s physically impossible. I’ve done many Turbo drive train conversions that use the A0-A2 non-ECV cooling stack just as the H1 does.

the beefier gear, pitman, idler and center link are all specific to the shepperd gear, it was upgraded due to the heavy armor

You need the spacer, 200 amp rear support bracket and 200amp rod bolt…The old 400amp rear supprt won’t work.
Also remove the extra starter positive cable and extra ground cable that runs to the extra battery box ground stud.
You don’t need a tool to move the pump, just a breaker bar in a spot that won’t vent or break anything on the pump, use the engine block as a leverage point, your not going to move the pump all that much to advance the timing.
You can’t get the quart of more of oil out of the oil cooler, so you oil is instantly black on these trucks.
