If you look on the Operating Instructions riveted to the machine's flip up gauge cover, you will see the Normal Start procedure calls out as being for down to -25F. Similar good information about the Service Instructions will be found there too (what oil and coolant to run based on ambient...
Aerobase shows inventory https://aerobasegroup.com/part-number/88-22068_01-392-0319
BUT... if you are able to zoom in on the part, it calls out a CAGE code of 99135 which comes back to FLEXCO (https://cage.report/SAM/99135)
I would call them and see if they can sell you one direct. Otherwise...
This might fit right on, based on dimensions of the receptacle you used that I am finding online:

Having a properly working alternator is best. It is possible to run a battery charger though, while the machine is running, to take its place. The way I have my machine setup is with a dual bank on board charger. It has a power entry port I cut into the lower kick panel near the aux fuel door...
Starting doing some snooping around for a source on these (spurred by a Parts Wanted posting). Cummins wants almost $900 for their NSN for this item... I know for a fact that its a buy-in for them (and of course if you know how to scour the web by NSN, you can ascertain certain manufacturers...
