RE: looking good
Ah.... I had composite lights and canned them... I have brand new ones and dont want them... Im going to put in LED's soon but Im fiddling with what manufacture... SOme of these vendors would piss off the Pope!
Ah... Some pics from the past several days...
I had to re-do the whole head liner... Cheap arse glue!!! It was sagging so when I added the over head I yanked it back out and made another.
The overhead houses the radio nicely... Its not exact what I wanted but for the time being it covers up...

Man, For $13.47 I dont think I would remotely bother taking that thing off and apart... Just get a new one, even Napa sells them for about 20$.
Ha... funny to see this thread pop up again today... I just spent most of the evening wiring in the magneto I ws speaking of earlyer on into Chuckles 712... Man im whooped... Will get some pics up tomorrow...
If the tabs have not been in to long or had to much abuse they are usually easier (IMHO)... When they are frozen I usually give them the blue wrench for a bit and they come out... if not your in for a ride!
Slip joint goes to the rear... Glad its workin out for ya!
... and what did my poor ole innocent little truck ever do to hurt your feelin's???? rofl
BTW... good idea on the thread! anyone got's GPS numbers for Unicoi and the remote site?
Stayin in the park M35, Getting there Thurs Afternoon...
Posting for Chuckles cause he isnt paying attention at the moment... He will be ariving w/ me in his Pinz 712
Also have a frend comming up by bike on Firday eve
Ditto the sizes ae the same as the common water tubing ferrals used for running nylon and copper lines to your ice maker. Toms idea on the brake line is prolly the best way to go, check Napa, etc for that. Its an easy job... Not something to sweat.
Tom,
I would like to take a crack at the 2nd gear oil issue... Images would be a help for the moment outer and inner, as close as possiable with out being a mess... If you have a spare I will pay shipping on it to look at it more closely.
MVRR is there but I don't know anything about them, their work, nor how they would treat a newer production vehicle. Prolly have to kick around G503 for some information on them. http://www.mv-restoration.com
John is kinda known for his heavy truck work... Where are he and I don't always see...
Napa will cost you more than buying them from me with over night shipping... They dont carry the rear shaft or "transmission to transfer" case joints... PM or email me the PN's you want, or the joints you want and I will get you a quote with overnight if you have to have them NOW! sales@odiron.com
Man I'd love to take on another one especally a 5 ton but I simply dont have the time or space...
Check with John Tennis... "Jtonka" I beleive is the name he uses on here... He's well known for doing good work and turning out quality. Saquashsanta has one of his bobbed deuces and raves about...
MD... Ya might wanna sober up and re read that...
Clint,
I would agree but... A long time law on the books in regards to MV's is that they are considered to be an article of war and listed on munitions lists world wide by countless treaties, accords and agreements... I felt that...
By the by... If you guys dont mind... Post up some more information on the items your being sought after for EUC's and recalls... I may PM some of you for more information if you want to give it... Id like to take the list down to my Congressional office when I get a form letter reply back like...
