How is everyone setting/calibrating their IP if the TM shows testing on a stand/machine. Or am I mistaken? Or can the setting/calibration be done on the vehicle? TM 9-2910-226-34 http://www.jatonkam35s.com/DeuceTechnicalManuals/TM9-2910-226-34.PDF

Air line diagram or which TM needed?

    1. Previous owner said brakes are currently not working due to a bad wheel cylinder, he had one sitting in the cab when I purchased the truck. **Truck had been sitting for awhile and was not running, so I personally have not tested them, I plan on some extra repairs and I knew this going into...

Air line diagram or which TM needed?

I think I found it. It was hard to trace and I think the previous owner ran a new line to the compressor. All is good there now. But here’s a new find attached below. A small line disconnected near the master cylinder. Hmmm

What did you do to your deuce this week?

After purchasing this 1969 m35a2 a few weeks ago I finally decided my new Chevy can sit outside for a month or two while I do some work on it. So, after using my old Ford tractor to push and pull, she’s in the garage. When the wife and I had this garage built, my father in law told us to build...

Has anyone ever dealt with “Real Custom Trucks llc”? Getting frustrated with no communication and orders not shipping. Ugh.

New guy in Ohio that needs help with transport!

I have dug around, multiple phone calls and I finally was able to leave a message for a guy who deals with the Military spec side of things at Parker. Hopefully I get a call back!

I think I’ve read it somewhere, but don’t quote me, something between 4-7psi. Maybe I’m wrong.

One of my neighbors works at an electric motor shop. I sent him a few pictures with a pump part number to see if he can find out some info.

Well it seems the fuel pump is junk, unless there are parts somewhere. I disassembled the motor and one of the magnets came out in about four pieces. If no parts, or can’t be fixed, what’s the next CHEAPEST route? A 24v inline pump?

New guy in Ohio that needs help with transport!

After soaking the fuel line fittings for an hour or so I was able to pull the fuel tank out and open it up. First, I was surprised to pull out a Parker fuel pump. Hope it still works. Next was the smell, nasty old fuel, smelled like acetone or a paint thinner. I popped the drain plug out and...

I more than likely would never do the conversion, they were just included and that was his, original owners, plan. I am a long way from upgrades, let alone running! HAHA
