umm, that’s Coolant….so it appears your head gasket is toast. Have you drained the oil and pulled the filter? If that glycol is in the oil pan you got issues.
thats how Vermont does it…I’ve registererd many Hmmwv’s in Vermont and never received the Tags with the plate, it’s always been separate.
Vermont also does not issue titles on vehicles over 15yrs old, so if you wanted one, the vehicle has to be inspected.
there are no reverse lights in shifters unless it’s an ambulance version. Adding the pieces to make it have the switch is easy enough, it’s just a tad pricey if going OEM.
You don’t want to drill out 3/8 lowers to 7/16 as it leaves very little meat left on the bone around the larger hole.
