So I am diving into the manifold. Looks like another PITA. It appears that the manual pump is made by PowerPacker and is still being made for non-military applications. The middle picture is on one of the screens I removed from the top of the manifold. They appear...
So it appears that the ram for the cab is locked up. When I remove both hydraulic lines, it stays elevated. I ordered a new heavy duty ram from Will. Hopefully it will fit.

There was all sorts of gunk in the hydraulic fluid tank. I assume it is elsewhere. My symptoms sound like the ones you had. The pump seems to be fighting a valve. I'd like to flush the who system. Hard to understand...
