I have a 110 Miller and love it. I don't do anything over 1/8 inch so it works for me. If I was going to do it again I would go to 220 just so I had the option to do thicker stuff.
I would say for resale value only, a high quality automotive paint and paint it as a civilian truck (I like red). You will get alot more buyers than if camo.

Having been to Wake island and seen the bombing effects (60 years after the fact); it's fairly certain no trucks survived on Wake more than a few weeks. I've got quite a few pictures somewhere....
I would guess most of the foreign made ones are Kia in Korea. In fact, I remember reading (somewhere) that the Newstar product line was an offshoot of Kia.
