With my A2 multifuel Ive never noticed it being short on power with 1600s however it is lifted and bobbed.
Just rember that you might want to get differant rims for the 1600s. Hemmet rims and 16.00-20s will be about 500lbs per wheel/tire on the truck + the plate which is about 20-30lbs ( not...
Ive thought about running a 4 inch pipe just in front of the Rear Pass. tire, then turning out just high enough to dump the smoke in the drivers window of all those Rice Burners......
On a serious note, maybe a muffler would be another option to consider, I dont know how much smoke...
Ive been reading many of the Power Steering threads and many guys seem to be going full hydro or assisted steering and steeling the pump off a 5 ton Multi Fuel. But what about the steering box and pitman arm ect...? is it possible to take the whole system from a 5 ton and make it fit the M35a2...
I finally had a chance to get the truck out and run it in a mud bog. It did great, lots of power and traction.

Most of the time I dont use the clutch to shift gears, but you have to find a good balance between the Go Pedal and the Clutch when starting out. Like any truck, they are not made for speedy fast shifting like a race car, take your time and try for a smooth ride.
Heres a picture of the .30 browning mounted up, I am still working on the can holder for the mount but its starting to take shape. I wanted a lighter mount that was easy to take off so with 4 bolts I can remove it. The truck is never driven with the gun mounted ofcourse, this mount is more for a...
Thanks for the help guys. Im a big fan of "buy once cry once" so Im am checking everything over to see what is needed at this point and Im considering future add ons.
I really want to see the front axles, that looks like a mistake waiting to happen. Fully box would be a better option, or even better drop blocks rather then lift blocks. There no extra lateral bracing either. I ran a 1 1/2 inch tube between my full boxed Drop blocks for extra support I would...
I was thinking dual Pintal mounts in the front corners of the box, with all the stress that M66 rings can cause and the fact that they only hold one gun I have decided to look for other options. I have a 1910 maxim sitting in the shop as a parts kit right now, I thought it would be fun to have...
If you can do the work yourself to save money thats great, somewhere down the road when cash permits you might want to think hard about HEMMTT or 5 ton Rims. But I know I have read about alot of guys who get by on stock rims without issue.

I couple months back a stumbled across a few pictures of a bobbed M35a2 on the net, with in...
I need to find out more about the load for the KCs. The Main thing is the camera at this point but I dont want to find out that I need a bigger coverter down the road or to find out that a Alt setup would have been cheaper, large converters cost larger dollars ofcourse.
