No idea if the military ones are silicone or not, I just noticed McMaster said their high-temp silicone ones are red and the military ones are also red.
I updated my original post. The 46.5 is from marking the ring with a sharpie and measuring how long it was going around, it gives about a 15" circumference. From looking on McMaster it looks like they might be dash number 384 high temp silicone orings.
3/16 diameter, about 46.5 inches long. I used them when I put my uneven pattern 24 bolt wheels together and they are working great, no leaks and its been months.

When I first got my truck I did the same thing and switched it around, but if I opened the passenger door it kept hitting the mirror and moving it. If you move the mirror bracket back and forth you can feel kind of a notch where its supposed to sit, then you adjust the mirror accordingly.
Looks like a nice truck, dont think I've seen one that came with LED lights already installed. Also right side mirror wasn't backwards, your supposed to look through the front windshield at it.
Yeah that bolt is a pain in the ass, I had to get to it when doing my body lift. I used probably 2ft of 1/2" extensions with a swivel to get to the bolt head from the top and a breaker bar to break it loose. Mine weren't that rusty though so yours might be worse.
