We woke up to over a foot of snow at my house on parade day. But the sun was out and not much snow in downtown Ogden. A few trucks couldn't make it for various reasons. Here's a few pics before the parade started.

My guess is the 11x20 will do the best. Lots of variables. Let us know what you find out.
The michelins have such large tread blocks, I think they may slip a bit, if the base is frozen.
As far as I know, the parade is still a GO. We have some snow accumulation at my house in East Layton. Should be less in downtown Ogden.

I assume you only want one- for whatever reason (many only have room for one)- I'd go for the 923, if for nothing more than the brakes are MUCH better...
You're always better buying something that you can get into and test drive. Where ever that may be... but usually not at GL.
Personally- I like the rush I get from buying unknown stuff from GL-- and seeing if I can make it home.
