Ha- some exceptions- I have a winter house that I wanted in an HOA- some years just too busy to spend much time there. The HOA protects my interest while I'm away. The little guys run around and do my yard work, replace bulbs, water my palm trees, sweep the porch. Fix the sprinklers, etc etc...
Very Important- 5 ton trucks (Cummins) need to have SCA additive (silicate) in the coolant. If you want more info- go read about it on the Cummins site. But the reasons for it are valid- that's all that matters.
A good example here in the US is PEAK Fleet Charge.

You can run waste oil in a diesel motor, you can even add ATF, 2 stroke, Cetane additives. Doesn't make them MULTIFUEL.
Do you add gasoline to your 3116? If so- you have a true multifuel CAT.

Yup- Nellis all the way- baby! Most of the Nellis trucks came out of Ogden- we watch them leaving Ogden going south on flatbeds- then we buy them and drive them back to Ogden- go figure. Most have been Army Natl Guard tucks.

Pulling an 8.3 Cummins out of a good M931A2
