Place you hand on the cover and then hit it with 24vdc by plugging it in. If you remove the cover, you should have fuel in the bowl. Make sure the check valve is not clogged or stuck closed. It is on the outside of the ip cover. Are you getting fuel on the outlet of the filter that feeds the...

Make sure you have 24vdc to the IP top cover. Sometimes the connection is not seated correctly or you have a bad solenoid. It should "click" when you turn on the ignition. If ran dry, it will take a while to purge.

Good looking truck. Just a note, you have radial tires on bias rims. Not a good combo to drive safely on.

T214 is also a WC56-57 Dodge Command Car engine. 12vdc is stock for them. The engine could be a replacement from the military or? That engine has value to a restorer of those trucks. It is not M series setup. Breather oil filler cap, slobber tube and external coil to name a few.
