The van body swap. I told the shop fast and cheap. It's not as clean as I'd liked but these guys build water trucks so it's not going anywhere. I've put 10k miles on it since. The nylon locks at 500ftlbs. They haven't budged. The welds still look strong. Not pretty but strong.

An update guys, I wound up with a LMTV. I've since began a M1078A1 to M1079 conversion. My pup and I have put on 10k miles and brid hunted Montana last season.

Did you try Progressive? You have to call.

Thanks @Ronmar. One less thing for me to worry with. I found a leaky fuel line. Hopefully that solves my no start problem.

I think I'm having a similar issue. This is an old post. How's the engine doing now? Did you replace the sensor? My light came on and the truck stopped right there. Now my M1078 A1 is stranded.

Yeah looks like those kids kept stealing parts off it. Many of them are critical too. I noticed the gas cap is gone. I’m thinking the tank is likely full of water. Especially how it’s been raining lately.
