    It should be 8”.

    2 1/2 ton windshield frame to m37

I’ve installed a couple sets of Korean windshields in m37s with no issues. As mentioned above some 2.5 tons had wipers offset to the center of the truck and are not as good a fit when it comes to the vacuum line location in a Dodge. The windshields with offset wipers were on earlier deuces.

    NP241 Transfer Case

I put a np241c in my m1009 when I swapped it to a 4-speed manual. They were used in square bodies from 88-91 and 88-89 had the mechanical speedometer. You need it to have a 32 spline input to bolt into a CUCV so it would have to come from a truck with a th400 or sm465 transmission, although...

Is this normal? (Fording Drain, Bottom of Bell Housing)

That body was originally built for dually CUCV trucks.

    Items behind M1008 seat

It’s a pioneer tool rack. It holds a shovel, axe, and pick mattock. Usually found on USMC pickups.

Manual pedal swap, where to drill?

It’s too hard to measure on a truck. If you don’t have a master cylinder to measure I can dig one out and look.

Manual pedal swap, where to drill?

The master cylinder has to be in the right spot for the rod to line up and the required supports to go in the bolt holes. I’m not talking about the hole through the firewall, all three dimples are above that in your photo. The middle one is barely visable.

Manual pedal swap, where to drill?

The bolt holes are at an angle. I can see the 3 dimples in the picture in your first post so they must be under that coating.

Manual pedal swap, where to drill?

The dimples are to the left of the speedometer cable in your photo. Drill from the engine bay side.

    M416 (I believe) trailer questions

The leaf springs are the same as early Jeep CJ front springs I believe.

M37 Parking brake drum diameter ?

The m37 parking brake drum is on the transfer case, not on the transmission.

No. 7 Hoisting Unit value? How used?

I sold a WWII era one (round front instead of angled) last year for $500 I think. It didn't have a hoist on it, just the frame.

    Transfer case shift knob cover

The wires are probably for the 4-wheel drive light as the CUCVs didn’t come with the light bulb for the indicator. I have a later 80s/ early 90s shift knob from a Chevy truck with the indicator button from a early 90s Dodge Ram.
