cat 7155 rebuild or not to rebuild

I won 5 take out trannys. I only wanted 1 or 2 for parts for the M916. Is it worth having a few of these rebuilt to sell? (if I can find someone to rebuild them) Any ideas on why the trannys were removed? (replaced with the Allison?)

Fan is only on when the engine hits 200, so thats not a problem. And yes after a swim like that you would have to drain all your fluids and refill. Im sure he will do that, not.

    My M35a3c and 105a2

As a whole, no. There could be parts from trucks over a time span. Some say that you can find the original frame numbers and find the year of the frame but Ive had no such luck on my trucks.
