Right, thats the reg. As long as nothing is shorting and your charge gauge isn't pegged out in the charging direction you should be fine. At the very worst case scenario you pull back over and get that tow, every mile counts on one of those bills.

On second thought, the headlights won't last too long without charging, might need to wait for daylight. Depends on how far from home you are.

TOW??? run it without the gen hooked up. You don't need any power to drive it. Save yourself a lot of cash.

Dunno what that sound is, but i can tell you the clutch certainly is not air assist. Betting you are just rubbing on the sheetmetal where the petal goes thru the floor or something similar.

Nice showing but next time you need more weight in the back. All that rubber with nothing on it gets squat for traction. A couple tons back there and things may have gone differently.

Can't seem to find those nifty yellow boots on the ODI site. Not yet listed or ???? Need to do the boots on the truck sooner or later and those seem like the option that will need the least attention further down the road.

The flapper is a personal preference thing. You can just paint an old baked bean can black and use that as a cover. The fuel tank has a couple baffles in there so you won't get much from just the filler. No need to remove the sender, just the in tank pump will do, and its a 15 min job, 30 at the...
