The original dropside support brackets are even simpler, if you could fab them,( and it wouldn't be hard) they would sell real well. I know i need a set.

Yup, should pull past 55, not that you want it to go that fast but it should be able to if its not lacking in some area. I'm guessing fuel filters. How warm are the axles??? too hot to touch?
