i know most mill trucks use silicone based fluid.
are you by chance using std automotive dot 3 or dot 4?
dot 5 is silicone based.

tubes = this setup
bias tire = bias tube or radial tube.
radial tire = radial tube only never bias in radial tire.
and that 3/8 rebar hole will most likly be vary bad. have the tire checked out by a pro. and if you want to reuse it. get a big blow out patch for it.
we have built a few of these before. and yes suspension is best. but on short wb. blazers body is better to finish off the lift. it keeps the driveline angles at bay and the pocket hungry drive shaft shop guys away from those custom cv shafts.

55cameo did you do any extra bracing for the added frame sections welded in? like mabye a cross member in them to tie them together left and right? or is it good and stiff as it is?

i plan on daily drivin /road truck/recovery truck/play toy. i have a tire grover hot knife also so i am not afrade to cut them up for better traction.
drop pit man only on stock 4x4 steering system. if you want best for offroad and lift setup. then go crossover.

i went to his place. great guy super deals and good trucks. big junk yard of trucks . could have talked all day and night. he had prob 40 trucks up there that day. start any up test drive them and buy it. then he would full check up it and get it ready to drive home or ship anywere in the usa...

in my state you are required to keep some kind of mechanic linkage from wheel to wheel. so full hydro wont work also as i plan on driving...

#1 = is there a way to keep some kind of mech linkage of steering. as my state requires mech linkage. other than that anything else goes. and i know with those tires non power is going to be a killer.
