its been covered before search and read. tons of good info. its not to hard but can be done. just scan threw the thread titles its been covered.

tubes = this setup bias tire = bias tube or radial tube. radial tire = radial tube only never bias in radial tire. and that 3/8 rebar hole will most likly be vary bad. have the tire checked out by a pro. and if you want to reuse it. get a big blow out patch for it.

we have built a few of these before. and yes suspension is best. but on short wb. blazers body is better to finish off the lift. it keeps the driveline angles at bay and the pocket hungry drive shaft shop guys away from those custom cv shafts.

55cameo did you do any extra bracing for the added frame sections welded in? like mabye a cross member in them to tie them together left and right? or is it good and stiff as it is?
